Toasted bread topped with chopped tomatoes infused with garlic extra virgin olive oil and drizzled with a Modena balsamic reduction.

 

Cozze Alla Mediterranea (gf)  
Fresh mussels cooked with red onions, chilli, and extra virgin olive oil in a rich tomato sauce.

 

Funghi Gratinati (v)  
Mushroon gratin with cheese and garlic

 

Fritturina Di Calamari 
Fresh calamari lightly coated in semolina flour, deep fried and served with garlic mayonnaise.

Our Arrabbiata sauce combines mixed herbs, fresh chilli and Napoli sauce to create a traditional spicy dish.

Spaghetti Alla Carbonara  
Spaghetti prepared with fresh egg yolk, Italian pancetta, black pepper and a touch of double cream.

 

Orecchiette Alla Bolognese 
Orecchiette pasta prepared with Chef’s special bolognese sauce using steak mince, herbs, spices and a rich tomato sauce.

 

Casarecce Alla Norma (v)
