Mushroon gratin with garlic, breadcrumbs, olive oil and cheese.


Bruschetta (v)   
Toasted bread topped with chopped tomatoes infused with garlic extra virgin olive oil and drizzled with a Modena balsamic reduction.


Fritturina Di Calamari  
Fresh calamari lightly coated in semolina flour, deep fried and served with garlic mayonnaise.

Spaghetti prepared with fresh egg yolk, Italian pancetta, black pepper and a touch of double cream.

Spaghetti cooked with white wine, cherry tomatoes and fresh mussles.


Orecchiette Alla Mediterranea (v)  
Orecchiette pasta prepared with fresh seasonal vegetables, herbs and spices, in a rich tomato sauce.

Our Arrabbiata sauce combines mixed herbs, fresh chilli and Napoli sauce to create a traditional spicy dish.
